An international anthology of prize-winning prose and poems by writers associated with University College Cork in Ireland and the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, in the USA. Students and alumni of both schools won awards for their stories, essays, and poems in a 2021 writing competition. Among the winners are emerging writers and widely published authors.

Edited by John Wooding and Paul Marion, co-editors of the original Atlantic Currents with authors associated with Cork, Ireland, and Lowell, Massachusetts, in the U.S. Wooding’s recent book is a biography, The Power of Non-Violence: The Enduring Legacy of Richard Gregg. He lives in Medford, Mass. Paul Marion of Amesbury, Mass., is the author of the poetry collections Union River and Lockdown Letters & Other Poems.
